RM:  Can you see it?
MR:  Not yet.

MR:  Clamp that bleeding.
RM:  Short clamp
N:   Here is the fifth unit.  They are cross-matching six more.
RM:  Start it.
MR:  There it is.  

MR:  It is up against the wall of the aorta.

     [Clunk]

RM:  What's wrong?
MR:  It is fragmented.  There is a piece of it imbedded in the wall of the 
     aorta.
