Sgt. William Wilson Walker

Police Sgt. William Wilson Walker was the father of Joanna Walker.  
He had worked at one time in New York City.  He was one of the more 
prominent police officers in the story.  He appeared to have the
authority of a chief-of-police.  He testified in the final episode giving 
his full name and address.
